This card came to me after a conversation with an owner of a local running store. She invited me to an event and added that the people are happy--and 'Miles to smiles' was born. The longer message "More Miles, More Smiles" was added for clarity. A male companion runner will join our runner soon. A running family is another idea!

One person also saw the message as applying to any effort towards health since it reminds us that the more we do, the farther we go, the better and happier we may feel. He pointed out that even something as simple as a 5 minute walk around the block can give us a good feeling~~more miles more smiles.

So lets get up and go!
